Terje Eidesmo has extensive experience as a business leader, entrepreneur, and investor. He holds a PhD in Physics from NTNU and began his career as a researcher, contributing to the development of advanced subsea exploration technology.

Eirik Borg is the founder of Aziwell and serves as a member of the Board. He has extensive hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and industrial technology, with a strong background spanning engineering, manufacturing, and systems development.

Hans Olav Torsen is a Board Member with extensive experience as a chairman, board member, and senior executive across industrial, technology, and investment-driven companies. He has held numerous chair and board roles for more than two decades and currently serves as Chairman of Akobo Minerals.

Liv Malvik is a Board Member with extensive executive and board-level experience across real estate, finance, and corporate governance. She is currently CEO of Kjeldsberg Eiendomsforvaltning and has held several CEO positions in both private and corporate organizations.

Ingrid Meyer is a Board Member with extensive legal and corporate governance experience from leading Norwegian industrial and technology companies. She currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Kongsberg Discovery AS and has held senior legal roles across several Kongsberg Group entities for more than a decade.
