Meet Jeremi Groulx

Jeremi's mornings kick off with a strong coffee and a full operational debrief – because let's face it, running operations across multiple sites requires both caffeine and clear communication.

From there, it's all systems go: juggling scheduling, vehicle planning, customer relations, and whatever curveballs the day decides to throw his way.

"New challenges every day really keeps stagnation out of my role," Jeremi says with a smile.

"Not having to do the same thing every day keeps things moving and keeps the job exciting."

And with travel being a regular part of the gig, he gets to explore new places and connect with people from all walks of life, a perk he genuinely loves.

Jeremi has only ever worked for Scandinavian companies. His career started with a Finnish company, moved to a Swedish one, and now he's proud to be part of the Norwegian Aziwell family.

"I've had a great time working at all three", he says.
