Life at Aziwell
Meet Jørgen, our Financial Controller at the Aziwell headquarters. He’s as quick with a spreadsheet as he is with a ping-pong paddle! Known for kicking off social happenings and keeping the office in great spirits.
On a typical workday, Jørgen navigates a mix of business-as-usual tasks and fresh challenges.
"There's a bit of business as usual and bit of something new. My main focus is to analyze and improve the group's financial performance, monitor compliance and bill clients and subsidiaries. Each month I consolidate group accounting and make reports. I also communicate with other departments to align our work and see if there's anything we can help with."
For him, it's a nice balance between knowing what to do and figuring out new things, light work and deep work.
"Finding the right balance of structure is an ongoing learning curve, and a journey I´m excited to be part of."
Top-notch facilities
One of the things he values most at Aziwell is the people, colleagues who are sharp, open-minded and eager to push things forward.
"I really like my colleagues and where their heads are at. Personally, I've been lucky to develop a role here where I get to contribute a lot, take responsibility and use my strengths, and I feel gratitude and recognition for how that's working out."
"Plus, the gym, food, ping-pong battles and top-notch facilities don’t hurt either", he says smiling.
Learning Curve

Outside of work, you’ll find Jørgen either making music or doing sports. And for a fun fact?
His Spotify Wrapped revealed a “listening age” of 72 this year… which says something about his taste, but we’ll let you decide what.
