Ingrid Meyer is a Board Member with extensive legal and corporate governance experience from leading Norwegian industrial and technology companies. She currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Kongsberg Discovery AS and has held senior legal roles across several Kongsberg Group entities for more than a decade.

Ingrid has a strong background in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and board governance, including ten years as Board Secretary at Kongsberg Seatex AS. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Associate at the law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig and as an Executive Legal Adviser at Q-Free. She brings deep legal expertise and a solid understanding of complex, technology-driven organizations to the Board.
