We develop and deliver advanced downhole products and services for mining and infrastructure projects, drawing on deep technological expertise that also overlaps with solutions traditionally used in oil and gas. As the company continues its strong international growth, our operational landscape is expanding rapidly, spanning multiple continents, a growing network of subsidiaries, and increasing complexity across field operations, production, and commercial activities.
As COO, you will have overall responsibility for the company's global operational performance, from field project execution and regional operations to production, supply chain, and staffing. You will lead a diverse set of direct reports including Regional Operations Managers, General Managers, and a Production Manager. You will be the operational engine of the executive leadership team, translating strategy into world-class execution and ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably across all geographies.
This role will be a central part of the executive leadership team, with a clear strategic and operational mandate.

- Develop and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and governance frameworks that support scale and standardization across regions
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align operational priorities with the company’s commercial and financial objectives
- Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and risk areas early — and take decisive action to resolve them before they impact delivery or growth
- Foster a high-performance culture across the operational organization, with clear ownership, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the CPTO and commercial team to align product availability, new deployments, and field capability with market opportunities
