Locations: Peru, Chile, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Colombia

Aziwell is expanding rapidly across multiple continents, with increasing industry interest and several projects commencing soon. We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to work as skilled field technicians and help us lead the market in Directional Coring Operations worldwide.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to train alongside our experienced field crews in Canada before being deployed to one of our operating regions. A valid passport and clear criminal record are essential.

Position Description

As a Field Technician at Aziwell, you will be responsible for delivering our full range of field services, including:

• Operating directional core drilling systems, borehole survey instruments, and associated software
• Assisting with borehole planning
• Working as a drill site technician during directional drilling operations

This role follows a rotational roster, typically 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, and requires a willingness to travel and work in remote locations across our operating regions.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with strong practical and mechanical skills. Previous experience in directional drilling operations is not required but would be considered highly advantageous.

Experience working away from home and the ability to work in remote environments is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Mining
• Geotechnical drilling
• Infrastructure drilling

Candidates without drilling experience will also be considered if they have a strong mechanical background, along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in harsh and physically demanding environments
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work under pressure
• Good physical fitness
• Valid driver´s license and clean driver´s abstract
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD would be highly regarded
